- academic achievements
- extracurricular involvement
- leadership experience
- work/internship experience
- and/or community service
All students have the chance to earn a scholarship. Funds are available on an equitable basis across the entire student population.

¶¶ŅõPro our scholarships
When you submit your application, you'll be considered for two types of scholarships.
1. Entrance scholarships
Ranging from $4,000-$20,000
All entering students who have a calculated admission average of 80% and above will automatically be considered for entrance scholarships.
2. Major scholarships
Up to $56,000
Major scholarships offer some of our top valued awards. Eligibility varies from academic achievement, extracurricular activities, leadership skills, community involvement, and more.
1. Entrance scholarships
You will automatically be considered for entrance scholarships if you have an admission average of 80% or above.
Ranging from $4,000-$20,000 ($1,000-$5,000 a year), entrance scholarships are awarded to entering students who demonstrate:
- extracurricular involvement
- leadership experience
- community service
- work/internship experience
- academic achievement
Am I eligible?
You must have a calculated admission average of 80% (or equivalent) to be eligible for an entrance scholarship.
How do I apply for an entrance scholarship?
To be considered for entrance scholarships, your application for admission and scholarships must be submitted by March 1.
For applications received after March 1, entrance scholarships will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed consideration.
How will I find out if I got an entrance scholarship?
Once the review of your application for admission and scholarships is completed, you'll be notified of the decision by e-mail and by letter, including the anticipated value of your scholarship (to be verified in April).
How will I receive my entrance scholarship?
If you receive an entrance scholarship, the value of your scholarship will be credited directly to your ¶¶ŅõPro financial account located in in two equal installments:
- 50% in September
- 50% in January
Values are disbursed based on your anticipated enrollment in 30 credits in the fall and winter terms.
Many of our entrance scholarships are funded by generous donors. You may be matched up with a donor so keep an eye on your to see who's the donor of your scholarship.

How do I renew my entrance scholarship after my first year?
Entrance scholarships are renewable by achieving a 3.7 GPA with a course load of 30 course credits between the fall and winter terms.

2. Major scholarships and awards
Major scholarships offer some of our highest valued awards.
To be considered for major scholarships, your application for admission and scholarships must be submitted by March 1.
Some major scholarships require an additional application or supplemental information. Refer to the scholarship application for a list of required supplemental documents/information for each scholarship.
To be awarded a scholarship, you are required to submit your most recent transcript. If applying for early admission with Grade 11 marks, a Grade 12 course list must be included.
For applications received after March 1, entrance scholarships will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed consideration.

Marjorie Young Bell Scholarship ā $56,000
¶¶ŅõPro's Bell Scholarships are among the largest undergraduate awards in Canada.
All finalists of the Marjorie Young Bell Scholarship or the Bell Family Achievement Award who are not selected are offered the President's Scholarship, valued at $20,000.

All applicants to the Marjorie Young Bell Scholarship Program are considered for the Bell Family Achievement Award as well.
All finalists of the Marjorie Young Bell Scholarship or the Bell Family Achievement Award who are not selected are offered the President's Scholarship, valued at $20,000.

Major awards
Awards offer assistance to incoming full-time students who demonstrate exceptional academic achievement, community involvement, and/or financial need. As a more flexible program, awards may be offered to students who may not meet the full criteria for scholarships and/or bursaries.
You will automatically be considered for awards when you apply for admission and scholarships by March 1.

Loran Scholarship ā $100,000 over four years
The Loran Scholars Foundation looks beyond grades to identify values-driven youth who demonstrate strength of character, a deep commitment to service, and exceptional leadership potential.
Offered in partnership with 25 Canadian universities, the Loran Award and renewable for up to four years of undergraduate studies. But itās not just about financial support: It's about personal growth. Loran Scholars benefit from a four-year leadership-enrichment program, financial support for undergraduate studies in the form of a tuition waiver and living stipend, diverse opportunities for experiential learning, one-on-one mentorship from a business or community leader, scholar gatherings, and a long-term community of peers, alumni, and supporters from coast to coast to coast.
Financial support includes:
- An annual living stipend of $12,000
- A tuition waiver of up to $12,000 annually, tenable at one of our partner universities
- Up to $14,000 for the summer experiential learning program
Applicants not selected for a Loran Award are still eligible for a one-time entrance award of $6,000 for Loran Finalists or $3,000 for Loran Provincial and Territorial Awards.

High school Students
- Be entering university for the first time in September 2025.
- Present a minimum cumulative average of 85%.
- Hold Canadian citizenship or permanent resident status.
- Be born between January 1, 2003 and September 1, 2009.
CEGEP Students
- Be in your last year of CEGEP before entering university studies.
- Be entering university for the first time in September 2025.
- Present an R score equal to or higher than 29.
- Hold Canadian citizenship or permanent resident status.
- Be born between January 1, 2003 and September 1, 2009.
